A Dance and Sound Experience

With a heavy heart, we are postponing Groove is in the Heart, with a new date to be announced soon.

One of our hosts recently experienced a loss in the family and will be traveling for a celebration of life. In moments like this, it feels important to pause and honor both grief and connection.

Groove is in the Heart was created as a space to come together, move our bodies, and let go of the weight we’re all carrying - to find a little lightness, even in heavy times.

We look forward to bringing this event back when the timing feels right, because we all need moments to dance, connect, and feel a little more free.

The Block Party goes all weekend, but the MAIN EVENT is Saturday, May 16 to include:
